Profercy Report Delivery

Our reports

Profercy sends daily, weekly and monthly reports as a download link in an email. This is sent via an online email system that prevents our emails being delayed by other web traffic.

Profercy Nitrogen emails will arrive from fertilizers@profercy.com and Profercy Phosphates and NPKs emails will arrive from phos@profercy.com.

Once you have received the email, you simply need to click on the highlighted red download link to access the report.

Ensuring our reports are received

Our email system informs us when our emails have not been received, or have bounced back. This can occur for a number of reasons, and is usually only temporary. Common problems include:

  • The recipients’ mailbox being full
  • A temporary DNS error with the recipients’ server
  • Our email being identified as spam

If our system shows that your email address is sending bounce back information on a regular basis, we will contact you to see if we can identify the problem.

What can I do if I am not receiving Profercy emails?

When clients stop receiving our reports, this is almost always due to our emails being blocked by the recipient email junk mail filter or company email server.

There is a growing trend in utilising anti-spam / phishing software. Some of these solutions pre-read your emails before they are delivered into your inbox. These systems essentially click on all and any links within our email to check they are valid and do not content any harmful content.

The problem here is that this solution often clicks on the unsubscribe link within our email. Meaning you are instantly unsubscribed from our subscriber list. Profercy have zero control over this and we must include this unsubscribe link within all of our reports.

Your IT department or company must apply some minor filters to your email system in order for our reports to reach you.

Steps they should take:

  • Ensure our from addresses are whitelisted:
    • fertilizers@profercy.com
    • phos@profercy.com
  • Add our sending domain ranges to your whitelist:
    • cmail1.com through to cmail20.com plus createsend7.com

These changes will ONLY allow email matching our FROM addresses and being sent from OUR email provider. Your business will not be exposed to spam emails or anything harmful to your organisation.

If your IT department or company have any issue with this please ask them to detail it in an email and please contact us.

Accessing our emails on a mobile phone

We have tested our system to ensure that our emails can be viewed on almost all current phones and through most operating systems. Our reports can be accessed using the download link. This does require an internet connection, but the small file size of our reports means that download should take a matter of seconds.
